SALES IN 8 STEPS

Based on a qualified market analysis and in accordance with the approved marketing strategy, we will develop a sales strategy for your project.

We will also help you with setting up the different sales stages, creating a price list and updating the pricing. We carry out regular price surveys and adjust prices according to demand in order to always maximize your profit.

We have our own sales methodology based on active client prospecting. For each project we build a large database of potential clients (available to you in the CRM system), whom we contact by phone and email. We organise presentations of projects and individual offers, as well as on-site viewings. We also incorporate any potential client changes and assess the creditworthiness of clients.

We will handle a range of administrative duties, including providing comprehensive legal services. With clients, we will draw up and conclude reservation contracts, preliminary agreements, purchase and sale contracts, mortgage contracts, and perform all other legal acts that we agree upon in advance with you as the developer.

On a monthly basis, we prepare a sales and client contract status report for the developer's financing bank, which is required for the disbursement of funds and settling contractor invoices for the project.

We will also handle the entire agenda related to the handover of apartments and real estate to clients on your behalf. We draw up a detailed handover protocol, which we then archive for your needs.

We will also take care of the cadastral proceedings. We archive the proposals for entry into the cadastre for your needs. We maintain regular contact with the cadastral authorities (the land registry).

We regularly report on and evaluate the sales process and adapt it in real time to changing market conditions.
